Louise Lucchesi, Senior Director of Gift Planning
Louise is a native of San Franciscan and oversees the gift planning team at USF. She has worked in a variety of development roles at USF for 19 years. Prior to that she had a long career in banking. She is passionate about helping donors match their charitable goals with opportunities to further USF’s mission and benefit students. Louise currently serves on the board of the Northern California Planned Giving Council.
Jennifer Callahan, Senior Gift Planning Officer
Born and raised in San Francisco, Jennifer joined USF in 2019 and is honored to assist alumni, faculty, staff, friends and their advisors to plan their philanthropic legacies while achieving financial and estate planning goals. Her prior experience includes gift planning at the American Red Cross, Raphael House, and California Pacific Medical Center. Jennifer started her career as a tax accountant at Ernst & Young LLP and earned her CPA license during that time. Jennifer is a member and past board member of the Northern California Planned Giving Council and has volunteered in fundraising for multiple nonprofit organizations. A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Jennifer is the proud parent of a current USF student and is the daughter of a Lone Mountain alumna.
Kelly Dyke, Planned Gift Officer
Kelly joined the USF Gift Planning team in June 2021. Kelly is a passionate fundraiser and is excited about using charitable gift planning to help USF alumni and donors achieve their philanthropic goals with creativity and strategic planning. Preceding USF Kelly had a career in private wealth management and more recently founded Service Corps SF. Service Corps is a 501c3 which fosters the mother/son bond through the act of service. Kelly received her B.A. from Villanova University. Kelly is currently a member of the Northern California Planned Giving Council.
